My alternate ending for Allegiant, the third book in Veronica Roth's Divergent series. A lot of chapters I kept word for word for continuity reasons. I altered some details slightly, and added 8 new chapters. However, I want to say again, that not every chapter was written by me. I kept some of VR's chapters! This story is an alternate ending. Don't get me wrong, i loved the trilogy. The books were amazing, i'm not hating on Veronica Roth. I LOVED THEM. But the ending of the last and final book Allegiant just didn't satisfy me, she shouldn't have died. So with that said, here is how i think the ending should have went. (: please leave reviews. David being revealed as the true Big Bad is a major shocking reveal in Allegiant and is kept secret until near the end; with most of the first part of the book focusing on Nita's rebellion. However halfway through The Divergent Series: Allegiant, David's true persona is already unmasked and he spends the rest of the film as the main villain. I just don't get why studios continue to produce series which in the books detiorate to a quality which just can't make a good movie at all, especially when the movies are even worse than the books and don't aim to better them.
